XPENG INTRODUCES ALL-ELECTRIC G6 SUV IN THE UK AT GOODWOOD FESTIVAL OF SPEED

[Goodwood, UK – July 9th, 2024] – XPENG will mark its anticipated entry to the UK vehicle market with its first public debut, showcasing its latest European model, the G6. The ultra-smart coupe SUV will be displayed at the renowned Goodwood Festival of Speed.

Held in the beautiful parkland surrounding Goodwood House, Festival of Speed is a four-day intoxicating celebration of the automotive world and a true tentpole event in the UK calendar. The event commences on July 11th and concludes on Sunday, July 14th.

Chinese high-end smart electric vehicle company, XPENG, will be on show for its UK public debut in the First Glance Paddock, an area of the showground, presented by heycar, that showcases the very latest models and is a great place to see the cars of tomorrow. This will give the general public the first opportunity to see and experience the XPENG brand, spacious comfort-focused interior, and cutting-edge AI-powered technology offered with the G6 SUV.

To further enhance its debut, XPENG will also participate in the infamous Goodwood Hillclimb, with demonstration runs on all four days of the festival, showcasing the all-electric SUV to the crowds on hand. The 1.6-mile mile-long Hillclimb is the centrepiece of the action, and every year this unassuming stretch of road is transformed into one of motor racing’s most challenging courses.
