These terms and conditions apply to the A Drive Like No Other Competition (“Competition”) XPENG (UK) LIMITED (“Provider”) are running between Friday 5th September – Monday 13th October 2025.
Entrants (“you”, “your”) are subject to the terms and conditions below.
Acceptance of terms
- By entering the Competition you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. We’d also recommend that you read our Privacy Policy, which describes how we’ll deal with your personal data obtained by us. By registering, you agree that you have fully understood these terms, that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter this agreement, and that you acknowledge it to be legally binding between you and us.
Entry period
- Competition entry period will start at 13:00 on Friday 5th September and ends at 16:00 on Monday 13th October 2025
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Provider reserves the right to foreclose the Competition without notice.
Prize
- You are entering this Competition to be in with a chance to win a prize package for two (2) adults to the Amalfi Coast, Italy, prize package includes:
- Airfare: Roundtrip economy flights from London, UK to Naples, Italy
- Accommodation: based on sharing a standard double occupancy room, with breakfast:
- 2 nights' 4-star hotel accommodation in Sorrento plus,
- 2 nights' 4-star hotel accommodation in Positano plus,
- 1 night’s 4-star hotel accommodation in Naples.
- Travel Insurance
- Car Hire for six (6) days, to be picked up from Naples Airport on day of arrival and returned to Naples Airport on day of departure
- All elements of the prize package must be taken at the same time
- Travel arrangements to and from London departure airport, including costs relating to public transport, fuel or parking are the responsibility of the winner
- Expenses incurred at the Accommodation outside of the prize package are the responsibility of the winner
- The prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package
- Prize package is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and all travel must be completed within that time
- The prize package cannot be taken over July and August, from 21st December – 4th January (Christmas and New Year), over UK public holidays, or over Easter Sunday
- In addition to prize package, winner will also receive:
- £500 spending money
- ten (10) pairs of cinema vouchers, redeemable within 12 months of receipt
- All elements of the prize are subject to availability; If unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered at Provider’s discretion.
Eligibility
- This Competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, with the exception of employees of the Provider, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this Competition.
- At least one traveller must be aged 21 or over; Anyone under 18 will require parent or guardian permission prior to travel; The Provider reserves the right to obtain proof of eligibility and choose another winner if such proof, where requested, has not been given.
- All travellers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or additional insurance are the responsibility of the winner
- All travellers must travel at the same time with the same itinerary
- A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into accommodation
- Winner must have a valid UK driving license to avail the use of the Hire Car as part of the prize package. Driver(s) will be required to present a DVLA check code before receiving the vehicle. The Provider has the right to withdraw the use of the vehicle from the prize package if it deems the driver’s driving record is not satisfactory.
How to enter the Competition
- Entries to the competition are free of charge and can be entered only at xpengcars.co.uk/a-big-bold-beautiful-journey
- To enter you will be required to submit the following information:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email
- Postcode
- Mobile number
- Date of birth, and
- Correctly answer the following question “what is the WLTP driving range of the XPENG G6 Long Range?” with a choice of three answers.
- One entry per person, first answer will be taken.
Selecting the winner
- There will be one winner who receives the prize package
- The winner is selected at random from a list of correct entrants using a random number generator.
- The prize winner will be notified on Monday 13th October by 19:00 via email from hello@xpengcars.co.uk
- The winner must respond by 17:00 Thursday 16th October or a new winner will be selected, and they will no longer be entitled to the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to respond within the time-period stated.
Delivery and prize usage
- Delivery of prize package will be facilitated by Element London LTD (“Facilitator”)
- Winner’s details (name, email address, mobile number) are provided to Facilitator in a password protected document (with the password sent in a separate email) you can read the Facilitator privacy policy here
- The Facilitator will contact winner directly to arrange prize delivery and be assigned a dedicated fulfilment manager who will be their point of contact throughout the process.
- Their fulfilment manager will ask the winner to provide them with their preferred travel dates and they will then look into availability and send across itinerary options for the winner to approve.
- Once the winner has confirmed they are happy with the itinerary, the fulfilment manager will make all bookings on their behalf and send across a detailed trip document with all of the information the winner will need for their trip, this will include booking confirmations as well as the contact numbers and email addresses for the suppliers and emergency number for the fulfilment manager.
- Accommodation will be selected by the Facilitator at their sole discretion;
- Economy roundtrip flights London (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties) to Naples, Italy; Flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available; Flight itinerary will be selected by Facilitator at their sole discretion.
- Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companions to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companions are aged 70 or over
- Once booked, the prize package cannot be amended or cancelled
- Delivery of £500 spending money will be facilitated by the Provider, and transferred to winners bank account within 14 days of prize acceptance.
- Delivery of cinema tickets will be facilitated by the Provider and will be issued to winner as twenty (20) redemption codes to email address provided at point of entry, within 14 days of prize acceptance
- Other
- If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Provider may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in this Competition.
- The Provider reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these terms and conditions without prior notice.
- The Provider is the sole sponsor of the Competition.
- The Facilitator is solely responsible for delivering the prize package.
- No person who is not a party to these terms may enforce them and any legislation according rights to third parties shall not apply. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment is created as a result of these terms and you do not have any authority of any kind to bind the Provider in any respect whatsoever. The failure of either party to exercise in any respect any right provided for in these terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that right or any further rights. The Provider shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations in these terms where such failure results from any cause beyond the Provider’s reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic or communications failure or degradation.
- By entering the Competition, you agree to these terms and conditions.
- These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
- Any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with this contract shall be determined by the appointment of a single independent arbitrator to be agreed between the parties, or failing agreement within fourteen days, after either party has given to the other a written request to concur in the appointment of an arbitrator.
