XPENG Visionary Art Challenge Competition

These terms and conditions apply to the XPENG Visionary Art Challenge Competition (“Competition”) XPENG (UK) LIMITED (“Provider”) are running between Friday 16th January – Sunday 15th March 2026.

Entrants (“you”, “your”) are subject to the terms and conditions below.

1. Acceptance of terms
1.1 By entering the Competition you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. We’d also recommend that you read our Privacy Policy, which describes how we’ll deal with your personal data obtained by us. By registering, you agree that you have fully understood these terms, that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter this agreement, and that you acknowledge it to be legally binding between you and us.

2. Entry period
2.1 Competition entry period will start Friday 16th January and ends at 23:59 on Sunday 15th March 2026.
2.2 In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Provider reserves the right to foreclose the Competition without notice.

3. Prize
3.1 You are entering this Competition to be in with a chance to win a Grand Prize up to £6,000 and have your design featured in top tier print publications
3.2 There will be one (1) grand prize winner and five (5) runners up
3.2.1 Grand prize winner will receive £6,000 in prize money
3.2.2 Grand prize entry will be incorporated into a full page XPENG advert and published in Wired, GQ, The Art Newspaper & National Geographic.
3.2.3 Runners up will receive £600 each

4. Eligibility
4.1 This Competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, with the exception of employees of the Provider, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this Competition. The Provider reserves the right to obtain proof of such consent and to refuse entry or to choose another winner if such proof, where requested, has not been given.
4.2 Entrants must own the copyright to their artwork and not infringe third party copyright or include AI generated/assisted content.

5. How to enter the Competition
5.1 Entries to the competition are free of charge and can be entered only at xpengcars.co.uk/london-art-fair-competition
5.2 All entrants must adhere to the following entry criteria detailed at xpengcars.co.uk/london-art-fair-competition
5.2.1 must be aligned with the brief of “art in motion” and feature or make reference to an XPENG G6
5.2.2 must be your own work, not infringe on third party copyright or include AI generated/assisted content
5.2.3 can be any orientation
5.2.4 can be any medium (photographs of artwork will be accepted)
5.2.5 must not promote hate speech, violence or illegal activities; discriminate against race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation or disability; be defamatory, libellous or obscene.
5.3 To enter you will be required to submit the following information:
5.3.1 First Name
5.3.2 Last Name
5.3.3 Design Alias (optional)
5.3.4 Design Website (optional)
5.3.5 Email
5.3.6 Postcode
5.3.7 Mobile number
5.3.8 Date of birth
5.3.9 your “art in motion” design file (“Content”), and
5.3.10 the thought process behind your design (max 500 words)
5.4 The Provider will support you in creating a high resolution copy of your art for print, and if you’re sculpting something we’ll work together to best capture your piece for inclusion in print publication
5.5 One entry per person

6. What we may do with the Content
6.1 Content submitted may be used to promote XPENG UK’s “Art In Motion” campaign and published from point of submission until Tuesday 31st March 2026. You retain copyright and ownerships of your Content
6.2 By submitting your Content and agreeing to terms you represent and warrant to the Provider that you give permission that the Provider is free to use the Content as provided in these terms. You agree that we may:
6.2.1 advertise and promote XPENG UK “Art In Motion” Campaign using the Content;
6.2.2 use, reproduce, distribute and display the Content, within the scope of the various functionalities of our website and other channels during the Entry Period, including without limitation making it available for sharing with other users and on other platforms and through other channels;
6.2.3 alter the Content including any cropping, manipulation, combining and creation of derivative images providing such alteration is not pornographic, defamatory or otherwise unlawful;
6.2.4 attach reasonable, non-offensive comments and critiques of the Content without your prior consent;
6.2.5 make no representation and warranty that Content posted on our website will not be unlawfully copied without your or our consent;
6.3 Grand prize winner give permission that the Provider is free to use the Content as provided in these additional terms. You agree that we may:
6.3.1 advertise and promote XPENG UK using the Content until 31st December 2026
6.3.2 Incorporate your Content into a printed XPENG brand advert without requirement for additional approval from you;

7. Selecting the winner
7.1 There will be one (1) grand prize winner and five (5) runners up.
7.2 Winners are not selected at random
7.3 Winners will be selected by judging panel of XPENG UK and independent London Art Fair representatives, based on the strongest display of “art in motion,” adherence to entry criteria and description of their thought process.
7.4 Winners will be notified by Friday 27th March by 19:00 via email from hello@xpengcars.co.uk
7.5 Winners must respond and accept the prize by 12:00 Sunday 29th March otherwise they will no longer be entitled to the prize. It is the responsibility of the winners to respond within the time-period stated.

8. Delivery and prize usage
8.1 Delivery of prize money will be transferred to winners UK bank account within 28 days of prize acceptance.
8.2 Timing of publication of Content in print publications will be at Providers discretion, but before 31st December 2026, winner will be notified in advance of publication schedule

9. Data retention and deletion
9.1 Personal data submitted as part of the Competition will be processed solely for the purposes of administering the Competition, contacting entrants, selecting and announcing winners, and delivering prizes.
9.2 All personal data relating to unsuccessful entrants will be securely deleted within six (6) weeks of the Competition closing date.
9.3 Personal data relating to winners will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the prize, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and for accounting or audit purposes, after which it will be securely deleted in accordance with the Provider’s Privacy Policy.

10. Other
10.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Provider may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in this Competition.
10.2 The Provider reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these terms and conditions without prior notice. 10.3 The Provider is the sole sponsor of the Competition.
10.4 No person who is not a party to these terms may enforce them and any legislation according rights to third parties shall not apply. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment is created as a result of these terms and you do not have any authority of any kind to bind the Provider in any respect whatsoever. The failure of either party to exercise in any respect any right provided for in these terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that right or any further rights. The Provider shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations in these terms where such failure results from any cause beyond the Provider’s reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic or communications failure or degradation.
10.5 By entering the Competition, you agree to these terms and conditions.
10.6 These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
10.7 Any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with this contract shall be determined by the appointment of a single independent arbitrator to be agreed between the parties, or failing agreement within fourteen days, after either party has given to the other a written request to concur in the appointment of an arbitrator.
